Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that business needs may evolve. This cancellation and refund policy ensures a
transparent and fair engagement between DataSoft Consulting and its clients.
1. Cancellation of Services
● For One-Time Projects (e.g., Website landing page Setup):
Cancellations within 2 days of signing the agreement are eligible for a refund minus
administrative and setup charges.
After 2 days, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
● For Monthly/Retainer-Based Services:
Cancellations require a 30-day advance written notice. Services during the notice
period will be rendered and billed accordingly. There will be no refund for the current
month once campaign execution has started.
2. Advertising Budgets
Paid advertising budgets (for platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp
Marketing, Linkedin etc.) are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to third-party platforms.
3. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
4. Termination by DataSoft
DataSoft reserves the right to cancel or suspend services immediately in cases of:
